The general purpose of Jr Rams is to provide a coordinated youth basketball program for the children of Riverdale School district grade 3-8. This program provides for the growth and enrichment of each individual. The objectives are directed toward guiding and assisting each player's mental, social, and physical abilities to their fullest capacity. Emphasis shall be placed on sportsmanship as well as on the development of skills. This Constitution and Bylaws are a sincere effort to promote respect for rules and authority, promote good sportsmanship and promote self-discipline among the contestants.
